Gobble! Gobble!
Well, the bird is in the oven and I'm fixin' to go to the garden and pick some fresh turnips to go with the sweet potato casserole. Can you tell that I am totally Southern?! I am so thankful for family and friends. I wish you all health and happiness and a few quiet moments to dwell on the simple pleasures. May God bless!

Turnips! You are giving yourself away as a country girl. So am I, but I boycotted turnips as soon as I was old enough!! I hope you had a nice thanksgiving!
